ReplyDeleteI have friends who work in BPO industry. Although most of their stories are horror in plot, there were instances that it's comedic and a number of inspirational and heroic in tone. A particular friend was able to help an elder who commended her for her dedication and patience. In turn she was awarded at her workplace for that one call that changed the life of another. Good things really do happen to those who mean well.
